Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payments: All bookings for city tours, Canadian Rockies excursions, or airport transfers are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a valid deposit. Prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise specified.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy: We understand plans change. Our refund schedule is strictly as follows:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the initial booking timestamp are eligible for a 100% refund.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled tour or transfer date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost.
- 100% Penalty (No Refund): Cancellations made within 7 days (1 week) of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
3. Client Conduct & Safety: BC Grand Tours reserves the right to terminate a tour without refund if any passenger engages in illegal activity, becomes dangerously intoxicated, or threatens the safety of the driver or other guests.
4. Liability: While we strive for perfection, BC Grand Tours is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical issues beyond our control. We recommend all guests carry personal travel insurance.
5. Changes to Itinerary: We reserve the right to modify routes (such as those for the Canadian Rockies Tour) due to any potential seasonal road closures or safety concerns.
